The LS5905, 5906, 5907, 5908 & 5909 Series is a Low-Leakage, Low-Drift, Monolithic Dual, N-Channel JFET with tight tracking and good matching. Linear Systems version of this part series is a direct, pin-for-pin replacement for the INTERSIL part. Available in PDIP 8L, TO-71 6L, TO-78 6L & SOIC 8L and SOT-23 6L RoHS packages, as well as tested dice. Custom selections are available.
